Hi, I'm Charlotte Nadler, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and ADHD specialist in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. My expertise is in couples therapy, the impact of ADHD on relationships, and supporting parents raising neurodivergent kids. I understand how disconnection, burnout, and mistrust can slowly show up over time when high levels of stress take over your life.
You're not failing. You're exhausted. And you're not alone. I work with couples, individuals, or any family member to better understand each other, find needed support, and truly reconnect. We are stronger together.

Roadmap to Resources
Finding it hard to connect to the right path of treatment, integrate services in the school setting, and advocate for your needs? I can help determine what supports might be needed when you need more.

My Approach
It is my goal to provide you with the highest quality of care so that we can uncover the true underlying issues that have kept you stuck. My work is deeply involved and tailored to the clients I am specialized in serving. Finding answers to the core issues will allow you the option to make fundamental shifts in your life. I am sensitive to how hard change is and I know that finally "seeing" yourself can bring up a range of emotions. I am open, honest, down to earth, and I will never shy away from connecting you to the right path of treatment. I believe that everyone has the ability to tap into their natural inner strengths and in the right environment, they can flourish.

About Me
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I have been trained in the core family therapy models, as well as empirically validated couples treatment models. I continue to seek out the most current neuroscience research so that I can connect you to treatment that is best suited for your needs. One of my skills is reading the nuances in complex cases so that we can identify, dislodge, and develop healthy new patterns.
Getting Help
It might feel easier to cope by trying to avoid pain. Or even finding ways to manage the pain. But eventually all the pain management becomes a frustration of it's own. Strength is not about invulnerability. Strength is about accepting your vulnerability and being able to reach for other people.
I know the road can be hard and overwhelming. I encourage you to reach out and discuss your needs to see if my background would be a good fit. I am happy to recommend a different path of treatment if I believe I am not suited for what you are looking for. I offer a 15 minute complementary phone consult to make that determination.
